| Découverte charmante que cet endroit calme et enchanteur.Nous n'avons connu que le restaurant, mais nous gardons un excellent souvenir de l'accueil et de la cuisine fine, délicate et originalement artistique qui nous a été servie.Il y a longtemps que nous n'avions pas trouvé cette gentillesse et cette chaleur d'accueil que ces jeunes gens nous ont témoignées.Ils méritent vraiment d'être connus....Bravo et à bientôt ! | |

| We arrived some minutes past midnight, our car navigation had taken us to Figeac but couldn't locate "Le Mûrier de Viels". So we had to phone Oz who was so kind to stay awake and wait for us to finally arrive - and even served us a bottle of a delicious rosé. In the morning we saw where we were - and were enthusiastic about this jewel hidden in the beautiful Lot valley. - After our trip on the chemin de St.Jacques we returned to the hotel and stayed in the suite overlooking the valley. With the warm lights of the little village of Faycelles on the other side of the valley, the sereneness of the moonlit night we sat and relished this wonderful little paradise. - Thanks to Josephine and Oz, this ever so congenial couple (thank you ever so much for transporting our bags, Josephine!). We wish you and your two adorable little girls all the best! And above all - may many guests find the way to your hotel! It's worth it! | |

| The tranquility and wonderful scenery from everywhere in the hotel. Accommodation was excellent, food excellent and the whole place had a real "WOW" factor. | |

| The site was beautiful, tucked away in the hills, lovely old buildings and very comfortable, The service was excellent and very friendly with helpful tips about the area. All in all it is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. | |

| We arrived very late in the midst of a rare storm to be greeted by "Oz", the owner and chef holding an umbrella for us. In spite of the late hour, we were offered an excellent three course meal that was prepared from scratch with the freshest local ingredients and accompanied by a fine wine from the local Cahor region. Our only complaint was that our tight schedule did not allow us to take advantage of the pool or hike to the nearby river the next morning. Maybe next time. | |
